Questions

How do you verify I organise the race?

We review every request by hand: the organisation's name, its website and the email you sign up with. If we need anything else, we'll write to you.

What if my race isn't on the site?

Write to us from your dashboard or by email and we'll add it.

Can several people manage it?

Yes: each person creates their account and asks to manage the same race.

Do I need a runner account?

No. The business account is separate from the runner one, with its own sign-in.
